Andhrika provides a unique yoga experience. I had practiced yoga in a group setting and on a private basis on and off for a few years before I met Andhrika and gained appreciation for her yoga teaching. It offers a complete routine to start your day and allows for re-energizing with power yoga at the end of the day. Andhrika starts her morning yoga lesson with a brief meditation session, followed by several pranayama exercises, then offers to warm up your joints with brisk movements followed by a smooth flow of stretching poses. Then the session peaks with a strengthening routine and allows for everyone’s favorite relaxation at the end (you may even get to hear Andhrika chant a mantra). Andhrika makes sure that any movement is synchronized with breathing, something I had never experienced in other yoga routines. The most important judge of the efficacy of the yoga session is your body. One hour of Andhrika’s morning yoga makes my body feel fresh, warm and energized. I feel fortunate to have gotten to know such a qualified, knowledgeable, experienced and intuitive yoga instructor.

Andhrika provides a variety of services within the scope of her expertise as a doctor of Ayurveda. She spends time on one on one basis getting to know each patient’s individual “built” and provides invaluable recommendations regarding diet, life style and general well being. You may find many of these known to yourself based on the observations of your own reactions to day-to-day events and the environment but some - may be a discovery and, when put into action, may markedly improve your health. That was my case and those initial visits to Andhrika, when seeking her general advice, gained my trust in her knowledge and experience. To help with maintenance of your health, Andhrika is there with her amazing massages, chakra balancing sessions, individual pranayama and yoga lessons and many other services. While getting “treated”, you may benefit from many other pieces of advice that she may continue to offer, from essential oils to meditative practices.
