Andhrika provides a variety of services within the scope of her expertise as a doctor of Ayurveda. She spends time on one on one basis getting to know each patient’s individual “built” and provides invaluable recommendations regarding diet, life style and general well being. You may find many of these known to yourself based on the observations of your own reactions to day-to-day events and the environment but some - may be a discovery and, when put into action, may markedly improve your health. That was my case and those initial visits to Andhrika, when seeking her general advice, gained my trust in her knowledge and experience. To help with maintenance of your health, Andhrika is there with her amazing massages, chakra balancing sessions, individual pranayama and yoga lessons and many other services.
