We understand that life happens, so we encourage you to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours to avoid a penalty. Repeated cancelations and or reschedules will result in a fee.

We do not accept insurance as our service is holistic and we strive to keep our services affordable.  Should you need special accommodations, please let us know. 

Ayurveda emphasizes balance in all areas of your life. We will delve into your personal and medical histories, including daily diet, routines and habits, current medications and supplements, your relationships, exercise routines, job/profession, your sleep quality and any other information you want to share. Afterwards, you will receive a personally tailored program to address your unique needs. 

We offer discounts on a case by case basis. Should you need a special accommodation, please let us know and we can make something work for you.
